What sets you apart

  • Successfully completed studies (computer science, business informatics, business administration or similar)
  • Several years of professional experience in comparable tasks
  • Sound transformation and project management experience, preferably using PMI / PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM or similar.
  • Startup mentality and the willingness to continually face new challenges

  • Introduction of innovative platform solutions, e.g. for Big Data / Analytics, Digital Customer Experience or Collaboration
  • Ideas for innovative, technology-based business models
  • Project leader for technology-centered digital transformation programs

  • Successfully completed studies (computer science, business informatics or similar)
  • Several years of professional experience in comparable tasks
  • Extensive knowledge of digital and cloud technologies, such as Data Lakes, portals, customer experience solutions, analytics and AI solutions, digital twins and IoT, and strong IT / technology affinity
  • Startup mentality and the willingness to constantly face new challenges
  • Customer- and service-oriented working method, conversational-proof German and English, willingness to travel

  • Experience in the operational support of the digital transformation for customers of the upper middle class and from the enterprise environment
  • Experience in shaping agile cultural change in large companies and their organizational units, especially IT and product development
  • Definition and introduction of agile operating models based on agile frameworks such as LeSS, SAFe and their continuous development including change management
  • Definition and introduction of agile working methods as a coach or SCRUM master
  • Perception or accompaniment of critical roles, such as Digital Product Owner

What sets you apart

  • Successfully completed studies (computer science, business informatics, business administration or similar)
  • Several years of professional experience in comparable tasks, e.g. as Digital Product Owner, Agile Coach and / or Scrum Master
  • Experience in building agile teams as well as their leadership and integration into existing organizations
  • Comprehensive knowledge in agile techniques such as User Stories, Test Driven Development, DevOps etc.
  • Startup mentality and the willingness to constantly face new challenges
  • Customer- and service-oriented working method, conversational-proof German and English, willingness to travel
